2020 Sunflower Spectacular

Emily’s Produce has planted over 40 varieties of sunflowers across 4 acres of beautiful farmland in Dorchester County!

We invite you to join us for some incredible beauty and photo opportunities during our peak blooming period. The field is filled with a variety of colors, props for photos, and a viewing tower for that perfect overlook!

Admission / Prices

NEW Weekday & Weekend Entry

  • $5 per person (3 and under Free)
  • Family Package – $15 for up to 4 people
  • Tickets include: Sunflower Maze – Viewing Tower – Cutting of 1 Sunflower Each to Take Home – Photo Props
  • *** ATTENTION:  Please check the forecast and consider weather conditions before placing your reservation!  Due to the upcoming East Coast Storm predictions – we ask that you plan accordingly!  The field has been wet and some blooms have been affected!  We will continue using the online reservation system but encourage all to now utilize our walk up reservations throughout the remainder of the blooming period!  Blooms have been affected due to the rain and wind, but plenty of photo opportunities are still available.  We have discounted the weekend rates accordingly.

  • Entry into our Sunflower Spectacular Field is by ticket only
  • Each person in your group needs a ticket
  • You must wear a wristband at all times
  • Masks are not required in the Sunflower Field as long as social distance (no closer than 6ft) can be maintained

Please bring hand pruners (the size that will fit in your pocket) from home, or you may purchase a pair (as available) at the market. We will NOT be furnishing folks with hand pruners to borrow and pass around this season.

Please bring a bucket for your flowers.  We will have water available to fill it.  We will also have buckets and vases available for an additional fee.


As we have done in previous years, a portion of the proceeds from our 2020 Sunflower Spectacular will go directly to Patriots Point – a retreat in Dorchester County that hosts wounded, ill, and injured military heroes and their families.

Additionally, for each ticket purchased during the 2020 Sunflower Spectacular Emily’s Produce will donate a BEAUTIFUL sunflower to all clients utilizing the shelter services of Mid Shore Council on Family Violence and Delmarva Community Services Senior Home Delivery Meals Program!  We care about putting smiles on the faces of those in our community!

Professional Photography Sessions

Of course, the beauty of sunflowers is “picture worthy”!

If you are a professional photographer and looking for a beautiful backdrop, we have just the place for you! Our 4+ acres of sunflowers come in all shapes and sizes. We will open the patch just for you after hours for photography sessions with your clients.


  • Space is being made available for 2 photographers per hour
  • Photographers may not have any more than 2 sessions per hour for the best interest of social distancing
  • Session time is 6pm to 8pm
  • Session availability starts July 23rd and ends July 30th
  • Session Fee is $50 per hour
  • Additional dates could be added depending on bloom conditions



After you secure your session date and time print out and sign a copy of the Photography Agreement and bring it with you to the session.
