The Best We Can Be – You’ll See

You see …

When we began our business operations in 1999, we did so with the intention of creating a lifestyle, building a legacy, and creating standards and expectations for our children as they grew up on the farm.  Sure, as the years passed, we continued to establish goals, create lasting memories, and completely enjoy the MANY rewards that have come from those who have so loyally stood by our visions!  Quite honestly, since that start in 1999, EVERY smile, EVERY kind word, EVERY piece of feedback, and EVERY conversation about our business growth has continued to validate that our original intentions have been aligned with the ongoing results.

You see …

Over the past 26 years, we’ve remained excited about what every crop harvest will deliver, what the next recipe will taste like, how the next improvement will be enjoyed, and we’ve remained inspired by how the next impactful customer service encounter will leave us feeling.

You see …

We realize that the word “superior” has not only guided our mission and vision statement for many years, it has also defined our approach, our workload, and our operational procedures.  We will never take our focus off delivering the most superior, rewarding, unique, honest, enjoyable, memorable, and flavorful experience at our market or through our programs.  We will never take our focus off our efforts in planting and harvesting the best crops that we can achieve either.

Sometimes our visions can be affected by this thing called “life”.  Families and responsibilities begin to grow, health situations occur, kids are away at college, a “work/life” balance needs to be aligned, and priorities adjusted.  For the past 26 years, our intuition has led many business decisions in our lives, and we continue to trust in intuitive guidance.  This Fall Season, we are making a thoughtful decision about our operating hours for September and October.  While the customer experience is ALWAYS at the forefront of our business deliberations, we’ve decided to offer our BEST to our loyal supporters Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday moving forward beginning on September 2nd.  On Wednesdays, we will be moving about Dorchester and Talbot Counties to serve our well recognized and valuable Supper Club program through curbside pick-up and delivery services – So our market doors will not be open Monday-Wednesday (AFTER serving you from 9am-3pm on Labor Day Monday).

You see …

We completely realize that our market being closed 3 days a week may be an inconvenience to you.  We completely realize that you may not find it optimal for what was a “routine” shopping experience.  We realize that this schedule has never been adopted or considered before.  However, we also realize that this operation is and always has been a “family” business that has grown with its members.  A family that is united, a family that is achieving, a family that is innovating, a family that is driven, and a family that LOVES how this business has shaped their work ethic, mindset, and relationships.  At this time, to continue achieving greatness, we MUST be a family that is well balanced, happy, HEALTHY and ready to exceed your expectations for another 26 years!  As Ethan and Emily expand their family, Kyle finishes college, Kelly and Paul excitedly plan for their new role as grandparents who are focused on good health and continued happiness for themselves and their family – we find ourselves eager for a future filled with positivity!

We’re very sure that this Fall Season will continue to inspire our family to be the BEST we can be …

You’ll just see!!
